Yes, we offer an import service. You will need to email us with an example of your data and we will provide you with a quote. We have many years experience of importing data from many different formats. Once our quote has been paid. We try to get your data imported within 5 working days.

Yes, this is always available. You can export your full diary at any time as long as you have a current membership. If your membership has expired then you can join for one month.

Yes, it is possible to have a deleted diary restored but this does incur a charge. It is normally about £20 but your data can be saved.

Yes. Once you have registered and logged in there is a link to the help and documentation page.

Yes, always. We take security very seriously and our servers are always up to date with the latest security patches. We do however still recommend that you keep another copy of any documents that are important to you. Just to be safe.

Please allow one working day. Although it may take one working day for a reply, we always try to reply as quickly as possible.

The current maximum file upload size is 25 MB. If you would like this increased, please let us know.
